Tattoo Deposits

I take a deposit for all bookings, which comes off the final price of the tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

Prints, paintings and apparel refunds/replacements/returns

You are entitled to either a refund or replacement of the same product type if the product:

  • Is very different from the description or photo
  • Has either one serious problem or several smaller problems that would stop you buying the product if you knew about them beforehand
  • Can’t be used for its normal purpose, or another purpose that you specified to this business before purchase
  • Has a minor issue, which can’t be fixed within a reasonable amount of time

 

You are not entitled to a refund or replacement if: 

  • You get what you ask for but simply change your mind
  • A problem with the product was caused by you, or someone other than this business
  • You asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of this business

 

When a refund is given it will be the full amount paid for the product, paid in the same form as the original payment - e.g. if you paid me via PayPal, the refund will be given as a PayPal transaction.

You may also choose to keep the product, but be compensated for the drop in value caused by the problem.

If an item is returned and found to have a problem, this business will reimburse shipping costs.
